The Montepal® pallet lift, developed, designed and manufactured by Marceau, is the essential element to accommodate the movement of your pallets between the different levels of your building.
Designed to carry your pallets in automatic mode (management by a PLC), the Montepal® pallet lift is not a goods lift or a lift, it is a piece of equipment which is classified in the machine category (no mandatory periodical inspection).
The Montepal® has, among others, the following characteristics:
- A self-supporting frame allowing one or more changes of floors without necessitating civil engineering work (no pit in the ground)
- Deposit / pick-up of pallets possible by pallet truck, pallet stacker, or forklift truck
- For stand-alone use, or can be integrated in a pallet conveyor line
- Transport of palletized loads up to 2,000 kg
- Rates up to 150 pallets/hour
- Energy: hydraulic or electrical
- Finishing: painted steel, hot galvanized steel or all stainless steel versions
